      Competitive salary, Focus on learning and development, Great culture with a focus on diversity and inclusion, Cutting edge technologies

      Cons

      Security Clearance is required which can take some time and delay start dates. Not really a 2i problem just a problem in general, I just can't think of anything else to complain about.

      2i is indeed a great place to work, not just a certification they won. They always put the people first, are embracing diversity and increasing the learning initiatives for ED&I. There are several opportunities to develop skills and progress career. Everyone is friendly and supportive. They have a great culture where people can express themselves and get the support needed.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and is slowly adapting to this change and solving the problems that come with scaling.
