- Not much innovation going on here. The model build process was very slow with little standardization across project to project; same goes for other project types. This made some engagements needlessly long and inefficient. Investing in building a code/knowledge base would have helped a lot; they had begun to push this around the time I left, although not nearly enough
- Co-workers were always very nice and respectful, but didn't seem like they were passionate about what they did or the firm's mission
- Inconsistent or mixed performance feedback
- CEO had weird vibes. Came across as a bit arrogant and stuck-up to me; always talked about how great the firm was which I don't think was backed up by the quality of our work. Hard to relate to unless you played golf/were wealthy
