Hard to think of any, unless you want a CFO who doesn't know who you are.....

Cons

CFO is unqualified, but manages to get positions he doesn't have the experience or knowledge to run.

Free coffee and snacks is cool

The most horrible environment I’ve ever worked for. Exploit POC employees, using them to appear a certain way but treat POC employees like second class citizens. Leadership and hr mostly made up of all white employees now that don’t actually want to make this a safe environment. Emotionally draining
