Pros

Several talented employees are still there and in need of new homes.

Cons

No and I mean no, none, not one strategic plan or vision for the company. It’s all posture, prose and see what sticks. Sales force is a rudderless joke. Managment best describes as egocentric, nepotistic and a little stupid. Clients should be aware they’re over charged and under served.

We are sorry your sales position at 3-D was not a good fit. We strive to maintain a level of respect for those who leave the company, whether our choice, or theirs. Although we disagree with your comments and feel they are retaliatory in nature, we respect freedom of speech and opinion. We sincerely hope you find a company that is a better fit for you and wish you the best.

Pros

Not many Pros. If your last name doesn't match the CEO's your probably not going to go far

Cons

Leadership is completely disconnected from employees.

Leadership is a disgrace

Pros

Very Little. The front line staff is the best part of this company. And they are worked to the bone with none or very little family or personal time.

Cons

Leadership is a complete joke. The CEO shows up to rural customer hospitals in his private jet or his customized BMW, while they over-charge struggling health systems. He also touts to be “humble and honorable”. “Scumbag” would be too generous of a description for this person.

We can agree on one thing - our front line staff is the best in the industry. The Field Operations position is a 100% travel position and because we work with hospital systems and other healthcare organizations, these facilities are open 24/7. The work we perform has to be done with the least impact to patient care, so sometimes our work hours are not ideal and sometimes we work long days. This can be tough on work/life balance. We try to set up these expectations during the hiring process and look to promote internally when we can to get people off the road. As far as your comments directed at our CEO, just because people have nice things does not mean they are less humble. Anyone at 3-D that has been the recipient of our CEO's generosity and support during a personal tragedy or hardship could attest to this. Our CEO's success in his 20+ years in the healthcare IT industry, the car he drives and his mode of transportation to meetings is not relevant to an employment review on our company. The fact is, I think you would be hard pressed to actually find another CEO for any other similar company, that shows up PERIOD on site at a facility in another state (rural or otherwise) to kick off a project, have a meeting, check in on operations, do a quality check, etc. Why does it matter if he flew in on a private jet, drove a car, or came in on a scooter. He shows up because he cares about our clients and our staff and a plane gets you there quicker. As far as your comment that we "overcharge struggling healthcare systems", if this is the case, then why do our clients continue to use us and refer us to their colleagues? Most of our new business is from word of mouth referrals from current or previous clients. There are literally thousands of companies that perform the same services we do nationally. Large healthcare systems have to go through quoting, pricing and bidding procedures that include getting the prices of several service providers. The answer is, we continue to get the work because our pricing is fair and we complete the work successfully within their timeline. Unfortunately, the internet and social media platforms have become an outlet for people to anonymously trash their former employers with no responsibility for the information to actually be factual or credible, while the employer cannot comment on why a particular employee has been terminated. Happily employed people do not tend to aggressively seek out ways to comment on their current employer - they are too busy working and being happy! We hope you rejoin the workforce as a happily employed person too. Good Luck to you.
