Working at Three Sisters was an absolute nightmare. The management was completely disorganized, with zero communication skills, and they had the most unrealistic expectations for their employees and treated us like disposable labor. The shifts were brutal—12 hours long, always on your feet—with only a 15-minute break. If you took even a couple of minutes longer, you'd get in trouble.
The working conditions were horrible. No matter the season, we were forced to work with the doors open, whether it was freezing cold at 25°F or scorching hot. If we closed the doors, the managers would start repeatedly calling and threatening to take us off the schedule. To make it worse, they enforced a no-jackets policy, requiring us to look "cute" while we froze. Everyone was constantly sick due to these conditions, but management couldn’t have cared less.
The managers thrived on gossip and drama, constantly stirring up rivalries between employees instead of fostering teamwork. If you ever upset them, they wouldn’t address it directly; instead, they’d silently punish you by taking you off the schedule for a week or two, hoping it would “correct” your behavior. It was passive-aggressive and unprofessional.
They paid $15 an hour, but for the insane workload they demanded, it was nowhere near fair and I received no benefits despite working full-time. Meanwhile, they flaunted their wealth like they ruled the world, rubbing it in employees' faces while treating us like dirt. To make it worse, the products they sell for $120 or more are often ordered from sites like Temu for less than $10. They can’t even pay their employees a decent wage with those profit margins.
This place is the epitome of a toxic work environment. If you value your time, energy, and self-respect, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Three Sisters.
