Cons

1. Upper Management is very sneaky 2. Principles on the management side very nonchalant 3. Owner thinks the problem is the employee's ( considering he lost over 11 employees in a 2 month period) 4. If you love gossip and office rumors, this is the place for you! 5. 1 billion Processes to accomplish one thing 6. Owner has a very cocky personality 7. Principles rarely speak or engage in conversation especially with new people 8. Entirely too many systems 9. Never held to any promises instead " lets see how we can get out of fulfilling this" 10. Management would rather have parties and not discuss the real elephant in the room 11. Training material is confusing multiple platforms 12. Office environment is very negative ( bad energy) 13. Management doesn't care about losing people 14. Maintenance team is all over the place ( Maintenance Supervisor ) just left he wasn't even here for a year! Which leaves the PM's to figure stuff out! 15. Key control is a night mare have to send maintenance back 3x to complete one work order due to the keys not working. Management refuses to spend the money it takes to actually get the up and running correctly ! 16. Your vacation time is not respected ! 17. Management puts on a front in the beginning and later they will turn sour!

Firstly, I want to thank you for your feedback. I want to address the points you made as I agree that they are important and worth a thoughtful response. We firmly acknowledge that the information you have provided is important and worthy of a thoughtful response. We sincerely apologize that we did not meet your expectations during your time with us. With regards to your specific points made towards our management team, we aim to channel all the feedback we are given to improve ourselves and our company. We have been undertaking several initiatives to ensure that we live up to our leadership potential. Our improvement initiatives include a book club, informing ourselves about how to be better leaders, circulating a talent optimization assessment for our employees and leaders, successfully improving our communication and collaboration as a team, and finally, our leaders are dedicated to continuing their training and creating the best workplace possible. Creating formal training materials and processes will be a source of continuous adaptation and education. We have ensured that our team knows we welcome all feedback, positive or negative, and ideas in our workplace. Our positive workplace culture is something we feel sets us apart. While we agree that earlier this year, the environment here was less positive, we have worked tirelessly to promote proactivity and clear communication. We consistently request feedback from our clients and employees, which we feel has made 33 stronger than ever. Again, we would like to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We have an open-door policy, welcoming feedback even in the exit interview process. We believe this receptivity to criticism helps make us better as a company and as people. Thank you again. Pros

They hire great people and you will have fun, outgoing, intelligent coworkers! Job security.

Cons

Poor compensation- in my case, 3 significant promotions and only one significant raise. Poor training processes and little to no coaching throughout employment- even when times were stressful and I reached out for help. In no other job have I felt abandoned like I did in this one. The health benefits while I was there were bottom of the line as well.

Pros

Okay to start in property management Fun office events Room for growth

Cons

Clickish Not trustworthy Poor training skills Lacks professionalism internally Systems in place are not structured Still operating off of google sheets and several other platforms to accomplish one task Poor healthcare benefits package Underpaid for the market Company is okay to start in management but if you have the option to start at a larger more structured company I would suggest this, as the knowledge you will find at these companies would be greater and more on point with the market. No additional educational courses for licenses/ certifications offered or paid for to advance your knowledge in the field Dysfunctional No option to make a positive change due to pride. Low retention

First, I would like to apologize for my tardy reply. I want to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. You have brought up some great points. Training is something we are always working to improve. This year, we rolled out a new “Professional Development” benefit. We want our team to feel confident about improving efficiency and productivity, as well as finding new ways towards personal development and success. This benefit is completely free to the employee and is encouraged to be used. Providing professional development to our employees is an investment in their careers and the organization's future. Regarding your feedback on our benefits and compensation packages, I am sorry to hear we have not met your expectations. We strive to remain competitive. Your feedback on these matters makes us better. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees. We have an open-door policy and welcome feedback, I would appreciate hearing more, so we can improve in these areas. Thank you again. Genevieve Barba Human Resources Manager
