We value all our employees and their input is always welcome and important to our success. Many of our team members have been with us since the early days of our company (we formed it in 2013) and they have a different perspective – and they are quite successful in their roles. While each job has a learning curve, and training is always required to further develop skills required to perform productively and effectively, we aim to hire based on the required qualifications for the job. Sometimes, we don’t get the hiring right, which is an unfortunate reality of operating a business. We do hope you find a role with an employer that better aligns with your skills and expectations.

No schedule flexibility. You can work the expected hours but is frown-upon if you try to reduce/skip lunch to leave early.
