      Nothing positive about my experience here

      Cons

      Toxic environment is an understatement. Long work hours. Look down on from “leaders”. Lack of respect completely. I still have PTSD from this job. They simply do not care for you at all and pay is very low. This is NO way to operate a business.

      Tough Work Culture

      Pros

      small company so there’s opportunity to work closely with people and essentially all remote work so you have some flexibility

      Cons

      Overall, the work culture is very hostile and toxic. You will be disrespected and mistreated by most people at the company. The CEO is a micromanager and procrastinator, which may be the worst combination. She is condescending and has no respect for personal boundaries. Low pay and no opportunities to earn bonuses. The cons far outweigh the pros of working for this company.

      Pros

      Fun clients and sometimes free stuff from clients. Not many pros here.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work environment. This place is ran like a sweatshop. The owner doesn't respect or value her employees. You're expected to work overtime every week without compensation and already have very low pay. No benefits and no bonuses. Zero organization. There's no room for growth because you are micromanaged on every task and the agency is so small, it's not built for growth. Very high turnover.
