Pros

Couldn't find anything worth mentioning

Cons

No fixed salary date — salaries are delayed almost every month, often paid between the 7th and 11th or even later if there are holidays. Toxic and disrespectful work culture with unrealistic expectations. Very long working hours — employees are expected to meet clients even late at night after a full day’s work. Only one weekly off, which can be cancelled during month-end or when sales targets aren’t met. Low pay compared to the workload and pressure. Strict dress code not suitable for local climate. No proper lunch breaks or leaves, even in emergencies. Excessive micromanagement and constant sales pressure cause burnout. Overall: A stressful environment with delayed salaries, poor management practices, and zero respect for employee well-being. Would not recommend for anyone seeking stability or work-life balance.
