Culture, opportunity, leadership that cares.. really cares. Clients that are culture fit as well, desire to grow, mature and create more opportunity. Flexible work/life balance, strong benefits, great environment, positive vibes.
Cons
MSP life isn't for everyone, some days are drinking from a fire hose while others are cocktails on the beach. If you're cut out for it, you will thrive, if not, it may cause stress.

Relaxed Culture Opportunity for Growth Profit Sharing Before I worked at 360IT I had worked various sales jobs but never felt like I had a career. They accepted in to their ranks with no prior experience, trained me on everything I could wish to know, and promoted me multiple times in the 3.5 years to follow. This is the type of place where your hard work gets noticed and where I felt heard by management when I spoke up. Whether you are new to IT or a veteran of the trade I think you will be happy here. I left the company because I moved away from the area but the knowledge they have provided me will be carried with me through the rest of my career.
Cons
Traffic near the building can be bad.
