      - Moody, passive aggressive CEO - Strategy pivots every other month - Open racism towards certain nationalities - Founders often overstep boundaries and comment on employee’s personal lives - CEO desperate for an exit. Will go through any means to achieve that (even bribes/favours in some cases) - Huge favouritism to employees of Brazilian origin
