Pros

The company provides acceptable (sometimes more than ideal) resources to most employees to meet expectations. Managers allow reasonable time frame before the deadlines as long as point A to point B are communicated well. There are opportunities for career growth especially the company is still growing which compliments with those who have long term plans working in this company.

Cons

Management is not completely flexible when it comes to work setup. The management is selective to which location site is adapting a hybrid or remote work setup or not after the pandemic.

Currently, the majority of our US based employees are 100% work from home and only a few select roles are operating a hybrid model that requires occasional in office attendance. We believe in offering a highly flexible working environment that still supports 100% remote working from home and the flexibility that allows for our employees with families and other working situations.
