Very high employee turnover; especially in departments outside of software development (i.e. QA, art, and data entry). Tremendous pressure to work >40 hour weeks (50-60 hour weeks are common including holidays). Marxent targets, markets itself, and appeals to younger workers (20-30 year olds without families) who are willing to work under these conditions. Make sure you fully understand what you are getting into if you decide to work here.
