The business is doing so well! The Jacksonville market loves our work. I can count on everyone to do what they are supposed to. If I need something of someone, they do it quickly and happily. Management gives creative control and allows you to stretch yourself and adapt your job to fit the companies needs as well as ways you think you can be the most beneficial. You will be stretched! They are good at putting you in uncomfortable situations, in order to help you grow in many areas rather than work at the same skills over and over. My job has never felt routine, and the expectations are so fluid because they listen to you and are aware of struggles or strengths you are dealing with regularly.
Cons
it is a smaller business, often the turn around time for projects is about a month, which decreases the quality of deliverables (this is what the clients expect, but as an employee, it is hard for me to turn something in knowing it could have been better in order to meet a deadline, even if the client is statisfied)
