- Working on products which influence medical learning around the globe - Free fruit (yipee!)

Cons

- Employees opinions and ideas are repressed unless the idea magically comes from management themselves 6 months down the track with zero recognition - Terrible communication across the board - Zero career advancement opportunities or salary reviews - Upper management working in fields they have no expertise in but won't draw from the employees that do - Micromanaged - Unethical - Fake reviews - No market research - Zero culture - Zero back to employees who stayed through difficult transition periods yet started rehiring - Have never even held a conversation with the CEO and we have less than 100 employees - Painful because it could be such a good company and product line if certain egos were removed

The previous review clearly demonstrates to what depth senior management will go to. Just except you have treated past and present employees disgracefully and your dishonest.

Cons

'Irish company that is changing the world and delighted to part of it' ! That sentence makes no sense, yet another transparent and fake review, obviously written by senior management. Judging by your naivety, clearly this is your first job and your straight out of university. SAY NO MORE!

Pros

Getting to work with young, talented and friendly staff. Friendly and approachable work atmosphere although a vert quiet office.

Cons

Management aren't qualified in many of the fields that go into making a medical app which often leads them to make ill judged decisions that make staff members who are actually qualified feel undervalued.
