      Non-existing management Unprofessional company culture Outdated development systems and technologies Decision making about almost everything (daily tasks, software development, supply orders) is done by the CEO (who is a medical doctor)

      - Acceptable salary, benefits. - World leading, unique products. - Survived even the COVID period.

      + No real management, one person decision making by a totally incompatible CEO. + No strategy, no financial decision making, illogical company structure. + Incompatible working environment, hard to approach workplace. + Humiliating treatment of colleagues, internal hostilities, unpleasant, stressful atmosphere. + Outdated technology, improper equipment, cheap solutions. + Totally lacking communication, or wrong communication. + Powerless middle managers, that are mainly selected on how incompetent and unprofessional they are. Not a single process is managed or designed by a competent person.

      Incompetence on all levels of the company is rampant Complete lack of software engineering know-how Work culture is toxic, infighting is common Routinely rehiring failed employees I suspect the company won't scale from its current state
