Pros

The job gives you money. Well, sometimes it gives you money. Is this 20 words, yet? Yes? Okay, cool

Cons

This company is essentially a cult. Well, at least a cult for the people that are dumb enough to stick around. The owner hypes you up to think that with the right amount of sales, you will be on the fast track to management. When in actuality, very few will get to that point. Additionally, they do pointless morning meetings to further hype people up and fall into the trap. And not to mention being "highly encouraged " to hang out with your coworkers at once or twice a week when you have already literally worked all day. Also, be prepared to have your coworkers contacting you at all times of night about work-related things. I have always been taught that once you get home, that is your personal time. And most things can be handled in the morning when you return to the office. If you are looking for a work-life balance, this is not the place to be. Advice for current and future employees: dont take this so seriously. A door-to-door, commission based only sales job should not be what you eat, sleep, and drink. The future of door-to-door sales is bleek. Find better options. And I will wait patiently for the owner to respond to this since he always has some unprofessional and snarky comeback for people that leave bad reviews about the company.

I feel terrible that this one flew under the radar and I have kept you waiting patiently for so long! My bad. I want to read this on video, in "Mean Tweets" fashion. I hope you are well. We are. Still rocking and rolling on the other side of a global pandemic! Is this 20 words yet? Yes? Okay, cool.

Pros

They go to bars after work so that you form friendships which makes it harder to realize this job sucks.

Cons

No security. No benefits. You’re extremely disposable. This company is a glorified pyramid scheme. They give you titles like “leaders” to make you feel important but in order to be a “leader” you have to hire so many people on your team. Once your team grows to have more “leaders” you become an “assistant manager” and eventually after you add more bricks to the bottom of your pyramid you can become an “owner.” And that’s the end goal. So they convince new people they could someday become millionaires with the promise of becoming an “owner.” Don’t torture yourself with this company.

Everyone can, but unfortunately, not everyone will. That is a decision left up to the individual. Nothing is promised.

Pros

People dress well and the building is nice.

Cons

Cons? 3MP could be appropriate label for that. Where to begin? Pretentious and perhaps fraudulent company. It's entire infrastructure relies on minimal advantages AT&T (as an employer) has over Comcast. This being the cornerstone of the paper pyramid opportunities 3MP attempts to capitalize on. What happens when Comcast either fold or "updates their fiber-optics?" LIkey, as it is designed, 3MP dissolves and strands it participants as it shifts into another shady endeavor. Don't be fooled by semi-glamour, phony friendliness or charm: its door-to-door schematics. Maybe you'll get paid (but get this: maybe you WONT!) Again, inconsequential though, as it will likely disappear in 10 months.

This review reminds me of an essay written by a 10th grader about a book he never read. :} Where to begin? AT&T is a $200+ billion company. I'll allow them to address the "minimal advantages" they have over their competitors. I would love to make a paper pyramid, but I never got past the origami swan. All BS aside, we've been working with our client since 2009 and are great at what we do. While no one can see the future, I don't see that changing (especially in the next 10 months). Please feel free to direct any questions or conversations my way. Cheers! Michael Palomba 3MP Atlanta 954.646.0153
