Pros

Great people, loads of passion and solid product range. Incredibly well-supported brands and loyal customers

Cons

CEO & Board shift the blame for poor performance to everyone but themselves. Do not hold themselves accountable for poor decisions, a constantly changing strategy and direction that confuses its staff. Staff has lost faith in the CEO and Board's credibility. Revolving door of staff turnover creates an environment of fear and mistrust. Not a happy place.

Pros

- there are still some people passionate about what they do and genuinely want to improve the lives of kids and teachers

Cons

- Too many changes in management means there is a lack of direction - Lack of passion for education in the management team - More about making money rather than pedagogy - Management protect each other, while the actual people doing the work are not recognised

Pros

The products are fantastic. The collective brains trust that works tirelessly to innovate, design and create is fantastic. Overall the staff is supportive, welcoming and very social. You are nurtured properly through the induction process when you first start. The leadership team include you in upcoming changes and do take on board ideas and suggestion.

Cons

Too many good ideas means nothing EVER gets finished in a timely manner. Too much chopping and changing the development process means many project never see the light of day. Management, particularly the Aus CEO, is a good person but lacks business acumen leaving his team paddling without solid direction and focus. Unfortunately the emphasis on $$$$ has meant the entire culture of the company has changed. It started out with a focus of wanting to build strong relationships with schools and this has gone. If there is no monetary attachment to the outcome - it doesn't happen.
