      company was great and scaled quickly. most of the employees were great and benefits are ok.

      Upper management was partial to whoever they liked personally and not about how hard you worked.

      really have to think hard on this, but yes you get your salary on time. :)

      Cons

      i will suggest to take opinion from people you have worked in this team, as far as I know i have faced following issues. 1> you wont upgrade in Knowledge as there are no training. 2> I found lot of problems in requesting my leaves, and i hated to ask for my leaves. 3> found management very rude and taking things personal. 4> they wont let you move in IJPs 5>I worked same work for repetitive years, and I feel if you even want to move out it will be very tough. and there is endless list, am not taking out my frustration in this portal, may be i just can help you in saving time and life.
