      Pros

      Love the team approach and working environment. The office is a very comfortable place to work. Appreciate the quarterly employee events and team building. Appreciate the consistent profit sharing.

      Cons

      Standards are very high with regular measurement and KPIs. Often more work to do than time in the week.

      Opportunity to work on large / complex construction projects Learning many different building control systems - lots of building systems Atmosphere is generally very light and fun I genuinely enjoy the people I work with Good balance of travel - I'm able to plan much of the travel ahead of time

      Expectation to work in the office 3 days a week
