Cons
Extremely high turnover rate. The owner is very smart but very emotional and often lashes out and yells at employees. Owner is in a relationship with the VP who does not have any real experience outside of the company. Owner’s son is an employee who is a great technician, but also lives up to the negative stereotype of “owners son” & not much of a team player, always doing whatever he wants. This place is very toxic and they try to use fear to manage and take advantage of employees. They promote quickly without job descriptions and then fire and blame instead of take any sort of accountability. They hire friends. They have had some really great people work for them, but they end up running them into the ground, then fire them without warning.
