Pros
Competitive salaries, especially for the area. Product line varied enough to be able to withstand downturn.
Cons
Italian owned company skimps on safety and maintenance (Google "3V explosion"). Antiquated and out of date from management style all the way to software used. Unbelievably paranoid about security, most salaried employees cannot send e-mail outside the company. Zero support for professional development, little to no room for advancement. One of the top polluting facilities in the entire U.S. (look it up). A career dead end unless you absolutely must live in Georgetown, S.C.
