      Decent money for playing politics.

      Cons

      Yuri's a fraud. Tons of theater, nothing delivered. Company's going under. Name changes every time the glassdoor reviews catch up Elemy,Tilly Therapy,Unified Vision,3Y Health

      Pros

      Getting paid every 2 weeks was nice.

      Cons

      Unless you are in their boys club they don't value your opinion. I witnessed the Founder/CEO scream at employees for doing their job. He changes his mind with the wind. Hires people then fires them 2 months later. The company will go by another name in 6 months to avoid all the negative press. Making comments to people who would leave the office before 530 on a Friday.

      - Strong engineering culture and space for development as an engineer. You'll work quite a lot and have the chance to own entire projects, but it's well worth the effort. - Value oriented, cares about its users and employees alike - Management has been supportive throughout

      Cons

      - Company has seen structural changes, but management has done well keeping morale together
