      Chaos, bad management and great people

      great colleagues; mostly good atmosphere; some fun events

      Cons

      chaos in structure, in workflow and in decision making process; no real, long-term strategy for the company; lack of transparency; no feedback culture; lack of development opportunity and talent management; very bad management and lack of proper mid management - managers are not suitable for the positions, have no leadership skills and don't encourage people to stay and grow; lack of anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policy

      Pros

      flexibility, some office perks and events, nice environment Chef is positive, good seller

      Cons

      quality isnt a goal, not really interesting project and doesn't seem to be really in need, but as I said, the chef is a great seller, he can sell everything. Another thing, they dont have strong engineering team, trying to save money and hiring cheaper and a lot of new grads and students

      Thank you for your feedback. We do prioritize features and speed because we need to figure out what works best for this growing industry. We are first solving the fundamental problems which are mostly organizational, but we are already adding layers of prediction for part selection, scheduling and 3D model optimization.

      Good technologies & software architecture

      Pros

      There is a good work atmosphere in the company. The working hours are flexible and home office days are handled in a good flexible way. The developers are given enougth time for refactoring. There are provieded multiple things for employee development ( schooling/internal tech talks + tech conferences + books ) The different departments of the company work good together

      Cons

      Sometimes processes seem to be a bit unclear
