Where do I start;
- Everything isn’t what it seems from the outside, lots of covering up, fantastic marketing department always ready to cover the cracks (perhaps that’s why Ofsted have announced their inspection incomplete)
- Local management, don’t manage they dictate and threat and push their staff to breaking point or out the door
-Unprofessional staff reviews
-One Manager tells you one thing and another will tell you the complete opposite, lack of direction and communication
-Selective of their apprentices in terms of prior achievements so they don’t have to put their apprentices through functional skills as they have no staff to support functional skills
-They place apprentices onto programmes that are not even developed yet - setting apprentices up to fail
-The company has grown so quickly, I feel they have lost all there values in the excitement of it all, and let over-payed “local managers” destroy teams and cause the company to have an overwhelming amount of staff turnover
-You are just a number on a excel spreadsheet, unless you are jumping around, writing devotional LinkedIn 3aaa posts and consistently trying to rub shoulders with the SMT - which many do, it’s rather amusing.
I could go on but I won’t. I’m sure it will all come out, there is only so many times you can paint over the same cracks.
