You get hired as a freshie with little to no experience just based on your potential, good place to get it started. The people you work with are great and very talented with no office politics whatsoever.
Cons
Management issues are a huge issue that are well known but unaddressed. I wasn't paid my salary for 3 months due to budgeting issues and I was treated with little to no respect for the work I did simply because of my age. They pay you less than minimum wage when starting out with the excuse that you get paid more the more value you bring to the table rather than being paid adequately for the work that you do. I was in a net loss throughout my time at 3rd World Studios
