No direction, micro managing, too many egos in management, no training at all, no feedback, certain people in management constantly telling you they're better than you, they set you up for failure from the minute they hire you, no communication, expectations too high without direction, no clear company expectations, they expect you to just automatically know what they expect as if you can read minds, they will run you all over three states before telling you what you forgot on the first stop, no life-work balance.

The owners are con men. No training. No resources. One week to train people who have no experience in roofing. If you don't sell a roof in a month, you're fired. These people are being sued by so many companies/people they owe money to, they can't see straight. Stay away. They don't pay you what you're owed. They lie about expenses on P/L reports so commissions are lower.
