LOW LOW LOW pay! WAY behind industry standards Absolutely no work life balance whatsoever NO HR DEPT or support so people can treat people however they want without any repercussions Upper management are all childish bullies who bicker and argue in front of employees and guests

Good training and looks decent on a resume.

Cons

Understaffed restaurants. Managers work obnoxiously long weeks. Promises promises promises. If you are unhappy about the abuse you receive here it is your own fault. You are constantly told that you are so lucky to work in a great environment. It’s gaslighting. Everyone is happier when the finally move on.
