The biggest pro and the biggest con is the same thing. It's a start-up tech company. Your attitude makes it one or the other. Our team is fun, communicative and, above all, driven. But don't be mislead by that word, there is definitely a work-life balance here that is promoted from the top down. There is room to grow and the opportunity to try out new projects with a team that will support you. As long as you remain self motivated, flexible and a team player, you can succeed here. Cons
It's a start-up so pay is on the lower side of industry average but you also have more opportunity to up your pay when funding happens. It can be demanding at times (like any job that you will give a damn about) but usually comes with high rewards.
