      Pros

      The people! They have created a great environment where everyone feels supported and cared for. The Director of Operations is one of the main reasons a lot of the people stay here. She is very underrated and hopefully leadership understands how key she is and takes care of her to keep her. The extra mile she goes to create a positive fun environment means so much to many. The team atmosphere is great. Communication is the key and most teams have a wonderful relationships. The work life balance is refreshing. Again much due to the management style of the Dir of Ops. Love how recently there are so many people here because they know others here. That says so much about the type of company they are building.

      Benefits and PTO but I feel as though that’s everywhere can do better.
