Pros

Free Masterclass in Toxic Leadership: A perfect case study in how to destroy employee morale and professional loyalty in record time. Resilience Training: You will develop a thick skin as you are subjected to a CEO who lacks the basic emotional intelligence to lead a professional organization. Solidarity in Misery: The high-performing staff members are the only reason this place functions, and they are all bonded by the shared experience of being exploited.

Cons

Abusive C-Suite Culture: The "leadership" starts and ends with a CEO who thinks verbal abuse is a management style. Expect to be subjected to unprofessional outbursts and the "F-word" on every single call. There is zero respect for employees, regardless of their performance or tenure. Strategic Bankruptcy: Management (specifically the head of performance) forced an overhaul of the ads strategy that was an unmitigated disaster. Instead of taking accountability for the downturn in performance, they gaslight the staff who warned them it wouldn't work. Predatory Workload: I managed 315+ accounts, nearly double the standard load while hitting bonus targets for 16 consecutive months, only to be met with "moving goalposts" and zero financial growth for two years.
