I'm so so sad to read this. I'm not sure who this is or where things went so terribly wrong, but it's clear that they did. I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience at 42Floors.
Since I don't know the particulars here, there's not much I can say by way of explanation. But I can say this for sure without even knowing who you are: 42Floors did not live up to its obligations to provide you a great place to work. No one writes a scathing review like this unless they're truly hurt. I feel just awful about it.
And seeing that you wrote this during the holiday season makes me even sadder. We haven't let anyone go in quite awhile, so I'm guessing this is a review that you finally decided to post. Either way, the one thing I can say is I hear you and I'm going to find out what we can do better. Even if I can't pinpoint what went wrong here, I can use this review as renewed motivation to look at our hiring and management practices and see what needs fixing. We'll try to get it better for the next person.
