Friendly, accommodating analyst staff and research teams, new Boston and New York offices

Cons

This is a career disrupting company - rest assured. Demeaning leadership, bullying by sales management, lack of sales toolkit, random quotas assigned, boiler room sales meetings, old boys club of managers that will circle their wagons and not be held accountable at all costs. Multiple layoff rounds, poor financial standing by company.

Management has made some terrible decisions in the past year and we've had multiple rounds of layoffs as a result. Most coworkers are looking for other jobs.

Great NY location, that’s about it.

Cons

There have been massive layoffs every month since July. There is no career path or growth within sales dept. there are sales people who have been in their role for 7+ years. The sales organization are treated like children and there is murmuring of the company closing. Stay far away.
