Pros

Your peers are the reason why you would not mind staying longer at 47 as the salary is low, perks (what perks?), and HR is a joke.

Cons

- Long hours and compensation is horrible! - One week of vacation for new employee so good luck if you want to take some time off. - Unstructured and unorganized environment - HR loves to talk about employees to other employees, gossiping, and uber unprofessional.

Pros

This is a great company if you are looking for a laid back job in a casual environment. There are some good employee perks but these pros in no way outweigh the cons.

Cons

This company offers very little when it comes to benefits and employee compensation. Employees are underpaid, undervalued and treated with no respect from management. Benefits and salaries are not competitive with industry standards. The laid back casual environment of this company often turns into vulgar filled days in an unprofessional environment. Management should value employees more and treat them like adults, not children.

Pros

Colleagues (in general) are great and willing to help Discounted products

Cons

“This company offers very little when it comes to benefits and employee compensation. Employees are underpaid, undervalued and treated with no respect from management. Benefits and salaries are not competitive with industry standards. The laid back casual environment of this company often turns into vulgar filled days in an unprofessional environment. Management should value employees more and treat them like adults, not children.” -- someone else said this and I’d like to echo that statement. I’d additionally add- Employees who work long hours are praised when really they should praise efficiency and productivity while giving them the resources to succeed in those ways. Vacation time/paid holidays are seriously lacking Unstructured and unorganized environment - everyone talks about everyone else and no one knows how to put together a strategy and stick to it. Management wants the company to grow but won’t invest in tools/resources that will make that happen. Effective communication among and within departments is lacking. Hurry up and wait happens a lot Micro-management (depending on the department) which leads the people who are competent to leave.
