After spending about four months at 4BIS, I can unequivocally affirm that this is the most remarkable job I have ever experienced. I envision immense personal and professional growth opportunities for myself within this organization. Having previously endured avaricious and misguided corporate environments, 4BIS has revitalized my belief that work can be fulfilling. Despite the inherent stress that accompanies the IT/Cybersecurity field, 4BIS prioritizes ample time and support to alleviate those pressures. Despite our modest team size, we foster a harmonious atmosphere where collaboration, support, and encouragement flourish, facilitating continuous learning for all of us.

My own personal take of first review, I am current employee and have been for over 4 years. The points the the reviewer is stating are just not facts. The willingness to explore new technology is one of the best things I can say. We are always exploring new options to make our customers more secure and make their workdays hassle free. We are always allowed to take whatever training we need or anything we want to learn to grow in the future. I have never been denied training or the materials to grow. It is all up to you, if you want to grow, they give you everything toy need. Definitely one of the best managed companies i have worked for, they allow people to grow, the lead from the front and do not demand anything they are not willing to do themselves. They even pitch in and help get things done when you get overwhelmed. All changes are communicated and we are all kept abreast of what our company is doing and where we are going. Our Company is continually growing and we are adding new people as we grow. Our customer base is probably doubled in the past two years and we expect it to grow even more. We have frequent meeting were we discuss where we are going and different ways to get there. Our opinions are always valued and we have implemented several ideas I have had. We our asked to work our jobs and to be ethical in all our dealing with our customers. We have good working relationships with all sorts of customers and we all work well in this environment. So, if you are looking for a growing company which will allow you to grow Then this is one to look at.
