      Pay Above Average plus Annual Bonus Great Benefits Easy Work Great Technology

      Poor Executive/VP Leadership (i.e. CFO is outright rude and arrogant, others show a concerning lack of knowledge in what should be their expertise) Poor Culture (even though they believe otherwise, lots of gossip and negativity) Poor DEI Efforts (Evident in the way they speak about their members whom primarily come from disadvantaged communities) Lack of Support Unwilling to Change Use Scare Tactics on Employees (Write Ups)

      4Front has a major morale problem and it's not hard to see why

      Pros

      It's a credit union, opportunity to move up, C-Suite is generally moving in the right direction to improve things, good 401K match

      Cons

      Anyone who isn't a manager is making below COL and many employees live paycheck to paycheck, management makes 2x what any of us do, a lot of the lending products are predatory, little to no interdepartmental communication, a lot of turnover because of working conditions, the company culture all just feels toxically positive and fake, doesn't feel like we're here for the members, being offered essentially a monetary bribe to leave a good review on Glassdoor ($5 added to the balance of the silly Motivosity website they just joined).
