Working here was so frustrating because of the lack of communication from leadership and management. Expectations and demands are often vague, and important information is often left out, leading to a lot of wasted time and situations that were easily avoidable. Even if you try to be proactive and ask for clarification, you aren’t going to get a clear answer from management, and basically expected to read their minds. What’s even worse is the fact that employees get blamed for any mishaps that happen due to the company’s negligence.

The company claims to care about employees, but its behavior tells a different story. Employees are constantly being pushed into meeting unreasonable demands and expectations without regard for their well-being, and their efforts often go unacknowledged and unrewarded.
