Pros
Great pay, they make you feel accepted in the beginning.
Cons
They have extremely high expectations that aren't practical to meet when there is no manager in the office. I would often get in the office 2 hours early to finish the insane amount of projects they expected me to finish. They did not listen when I gave boundaries on what I could handle. They don't train you at all and throw you into the deep end. There are a lot of "cliques" if you don't fit in, you will feel extremely uncomfortable, especially since a lot of the staff is related.
