Job is easy to learn as it includes very repetitive tasks. Benefits are decent, and PTO is given in a lump sum beginning of year.

Cons

There is only a 3 week maternity leave offered after which you are required to use your own PTO. Career progression and advancement is unclear and is subject to manager's opinion rather than objectives. Tasks can be unclear for team - resulting in poor communication or disorganization
