      Great On boarding

      Pros

      The company did a fantastic job with my onboarding and training. I quickly became a "member of the family" and felt very comfortable. The company is very focused and determined to succeed as a team. Senior leadership is very helpful and wants to make your tenure at 4medica a success for you and the company.

      I can say I have found no cons since I joined the company

      Pros

      The ability to work 100% remotely. Excellent management team. Good employee recognition. 4Medica is one of the best companies I have worked for. It is the smallest, work force related, company I have worked for, but that size also allows for great recognition of employee contributions. The work is innovative and critical for the health care electronic data industry.

      Cons

      The size of the company can be a detriment. At one point several key individuals left the company which was a struggle and a concern for a couple months. The company worked quickly to refill these positions and even improved the overall leadership structure.
