This was my first full-time role after university, and I haven't regretted starting my career here. The Finance team is supportive, management is approachable, and I've had plenty of opportunities to learn and take on new challenges. It's been a great environment to build my skills.

Cons

The internal systems could be improved to make some processes more efficient, but overall it's been a great place to work.
