      Sat-Sunday off, Some directors ans senior are very supportive

      Cons

      1. Hr department is useless they never help employees. 2. There are bond system so you can’t leave easily. 3. Overtime everyday 8:30 pm - 9 pm

Even if you request your payslip for personal reasons, they may delay providing it, assuming you're planning to leave the organization.
