Pros

I hooked up with at least 5 people on the field, and 2 coworkers. I hated office night if you don't go they'll berate you!

Cons

Everyone and everything ! From a boss who if you don't sleep with her good luck making it past leader. Assistant managers that absolutely do nothing but stay in the office. This i a pathetic waste of time and is not marketing(because when you work in marketing you actually call it media or advertising) is a sales job. You go door to door bothering people for 8-9 hours in the sun, in the rain, in the snow. I got sick because i was out in the snow all day and couldn't be in and they almost fired me before that i was still a bit brainwashed but that was an eye opener. The boss is an absolute crook i heard they were two bosses and she cheated the other one out of his office because they didn't sleep together anymore. Also the amount of drug use in that office is ridiculous, from the boss to the brown nosers I don't know who does more coke. I saw so much stuff in my time there and the stories I've heard are absolutely ridiculous. On the field is horrible once getting a gun pulled at me, had the cops called on me, was almost stabbed, ROBBED!, and oh yea because of the weather had my phone break 3 times. Stay away trust me it's not worth it! Is a nightmare from top to bottom!

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, this review seems less than substantial in value because of the lack of character demonstrated in the first line of the review. "Hooking up with" clients is distasteful, unethical, and completely unprofessional - especially while working. The claims about drug use and personal relationships are hurtful and inaccurate hearsay. We are not aware of an employee being put in a risky situation where violence was a possibility – in 10 years. I would encourage you to communicate with a manager or supervisor about any similar situation in the future. We certainly want to keep our employees safe. I am sorry for the experience you have had. It seems like there was a difference in values, so we hope and expect that you are happier with different employment. Because of multiple fallacious comments in this post, we have flagged this review for false information, and slander.

Pros

You will meet some amazing people that are overqualified to do that job. Atmosphere is fun and you'll see people from all over the world working there.

Cons

This company is really good at making it seem that is a job where you'll grow professionally and financially. The reality is that you'll be working from 7:30 am to 6:39 pm each, making a commission that is not enough to pay your electric bill. If you are ready to go businesses in remote areas and deal with some creepy people, this is your dream job. Also, they never mention that you have chores, which means that you have to vacuum or clean bathrooms, which make them look so cheap because any reputable company hires a cleaning service to do that. In addition to all the events mentioned above, they mess around with your commissions and checks because they think that people don't keep track of what they make. Oh, do you love to travel? Wait until you are send to one the trips! You will be sharing beds with your coworkers and never getting reimbursed for your transportation expenses. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences in my life. They treat their employees like crap. The CEO, which I think doesn't even deserve that title, doesn't motivate and lead by example, however; she's very good at making excuses when you confront her. And don't believe that you'll be an assistant manager in six months, they use that as a strategist to pray on people.

Pros

The single defining factor of a cult is the Us versus Them mentality. "Don't worry if your friends, families and loved ones don't support you working here, they just don't understand the opportunity and are probably miserable in their 9-5 jobs." If only I could go back in time and jump in front of a cab on my way to my interview, would have saved a lot of time and money.

Cons

Notice how "She who must not be named, lest the reviews get flagged for slander" has all of the negative reviews deleted, or pushed to the back pages. This is not a "Management Training Program", and "Sports-Minded Candidates" is just a code that we used to attract naive recent grads or dropouts with the promise of unlimited earning potential. I worked there for well over a year in both Recruiting and Sales functions, by the time I left I was the most senior employee in terms of tenure and never met a sales rep who made over $40k. You will not make money, you will not set yourself up for success, and you will not learn necessary business practices. No legitimate company on this planet operates with these kinds of so-called fool proof systems.
