Great for Growth

Pros

If you want a job where they tell you exactly what to do and everything is so structured you have no room to have a voice or be creative, this is not the job for you. 5 Wits is a nuturing company who wants anyone who comes through to do well and succeed. Every manager wants you to grow and move up, even if its not at 5 Wits. There are growing pains for both the company and staff but it is a place to learn and enjoy your life in and out of work. A place where your voice could be the next idea they try, whether its day to day operations, how the attractions run, or input on a new attraction coming in. If you can adapt to change and be patient, this is the place. You wont find a job like this anywhere else who cares just as much about being successful as a buisness as they do their staff. They want you to have a good time here. It only brushes off on the customers.

Cons

Only one really is that they are a young company who won't get everything perfect, but do strive to get there.

Pros

They pay above minimum wage. Tips for Children's Birthday parties. Relaxed atmosphere and dress code. Pleasant co-workers. Free leftover pizza and Birthday cake.

Cons

Constant criticism, lots of cleaning. Guide 1's must clean large public restrooms inside store in a huge mall. Guide 2's must clean potties if guide 1 is unavailable. The CEO/owner is not reinvesting money back into stores and the adventures are broken. the techs jury rig and try to repair things. But the Adventures constantly break and are never fully fixed. some puzzles are simply removed and software disabled. Cheaper then fixing. the Doors may have to be closed manually. Many broken things. Difficult if not impossible for advancement unless someone leaves the position yet they promise possible promotions when they have no ability to grant them.unless someone quits or gets fired. You willg et exhausted from mopping, sweeping, and dusting the adventures, the floors, and the bathrooms. Guide 1's do not get tipped but get pity change thrown into a cup they get to split.
