Pros
This place is incredible. I've never felt so valued and appreciated in my life. Everybody is extremely hard-working and not a single person ever turns up late for work. I've always felt at home here because everybody is polite, speaks perfect English and at no point is one person ever lumbered with all the work. The free tea, coffee, and snacks are a huge bonus, and we are all encouraged to take regular breaks away from the screen. My working environment is gorgeous - Super clean surfaces with pristine walls and floors - truly a company that takes pride in its presentation. Such is the trust between staff and management that there are barely any CCTV cameras in sight - The only existing cameras are used for emergencies only, which is why I always feel so safe, yet free. The pay rates are excellent and there is always an avenue for progression!
Cons
No cons. I only wish I could spend more of my time at 5E Ltd. I've become so fond of this place that I feel life itself is a distraction just to keep me away from 5E.
