Worst company I have ever worked for

Pros

If you’re lucky you’ll find a couple of good colleagues as desperate to survive as you and you’ll have some camaraderiep to get you through the day.

Cons

Between the management team almost completely made up of an under qualified CEO and all his brothers and pals, the executives who are too good to talk to their own staff and all the fresh out of university staff who are given minimum wage, zero training and insanely high KPIs, the entire company is a joke. Management do not believe in communicating with staff and openly resent being questioned about plans and growth. The executive team routinely remind staff that they do not matter and are replaceable at any given moment. Management are incredibly racist and will hire certain ethnicities for “work ethic” and “their people don’t complain” Any woman who ends up in any sort of leadership position is quickly fired. No pay rises are given unless you are directly related to the CEO. Staff are forced to work overtime and reprimanded if they refuse. There are no incentive schemes, bonuses or basic rewards such as gift cards. This is not a place to work for anyone who wants genuine career growth. Staff attrition is amongst the highest I have seen in any industry I have worked in, with at least a dozen staff members fired every month. There is a reason this company has dozens of job postings open at any given time for weeks at a time.

Worst Employers Ever

Pros

City location - close to coffee shops

Cons

Run by a misogynistic Executive team where nepotism is rife. There are minimal women in the organisation and none at a management level. Employees are not trusted, they are micromanaged, bullied and treated unfairly. Boys club where their 'favourites' can get away with anything and continually lie to both colleagues and customers. The values are just words on a page - the leadership team does not operate with integrity, honesty, collaboration etc. Highly qualified, extremely intelligent experts in their field used to work here, not any more. Flexibility is frowned upon and there are no opportunities for development. Employees are leaving this organisation much like rats do a sinking ship.

Pros

Good office location, close to job recruiters

Cons

Management lie and operate a secret strategy. They only listen to a few trusted "yes men" and have no time for qualified and experienced staff input. They do not honour client contacts and have no values.
