      Pros

      The best work culture you will ever find at work. It feels so much like a friends group working together on a product. I made some of my lifetime best buddies here at 5X and it was all because of how we built the culture

      Cons

      Ups & Downs are part of every company, at 5X both are handled well and no cons tbh, transparency is a big deal here so you will know exactly when and what is happening
