      Pros

      They do provide a great working environment and free lunches.

      Cons

      The overtime hours and pay are not fair. You will not be able to finish working when you’re supposed to. Even after hours you must have your phone on you 24/7 and if a call comes through, you must answer and take care of the situation. You will have no social life.

      Pros

      Fun atmosphere and you can really do whatever you want as long as no one complains.

      Cons

      There are so many, terrible pay and extraordinary expectations. The leadership is solely worried about growing the company externally regardless of how disorganized and dysfunctional it gets internally. The only people that are favored are friends of the owners, everyone else is just a grunt. Oh and most of the good reviews on here were just written by people close to leadership.

      Pros

      Benefits are great. 401K plans , good and cheap insurance costs, decent amount of PTO. Company is also big on company culture. Social activities are organized once in a while which helps alleviate some of the stress that comes from working here. Free lunches

      Cons

      This is a high paced work environment. Company is solely focused on growing and honestly does not care if the employee is struggling or not. You are expected to be available 24/7 to succeed. Company is not flexible with in office schedules and/or work remote. Management does not listen to employees. OT is always available and OT pay happens quite often
