The CEO Laura, guides the team like no other and lets the different departments drive their own discussions and make their oun decisions to better the brand and continue to drive results. Laura makes everybody feel that they have a voice and wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

I've only been working here for 7 weeks but it's been an amazing start. I was invited to the Xmas party (which was 3 weeks prior to starting) and was a great experience to meet the team in a social setting. On my first day in the office I was met with gifts and cards along with all my equipment on my desk which made me feel very welcomed. Both my initial manager and the owner/ CEO have been very supportive and given me everything I've needed to get the wheels in motion, and the rest of the staff have made me feel very much like I'm part of the team. An amazing first impression.
