Work pressure 12. No personal life balance 13. Less team members more projects one employee handling 2 to 5 projects. 14. Rude behaviour 15. So many things is there.

1. No personal life, only work work work. 2. No management support or team support, if u join here, they treat you like slave because they are giving salary. 3. No proper hikes, no bonus, no appreciations instead leads keep on send escalation mails. 4. Manager supports only leads, employees will be blamed for every issues or delay. 5. if u are in notice period, they treat you like slave and intentional give more work. 6. Most important thing here is Malayali nepotism. Only Malayalam people can survive here. 7. Even u family members wont complain if u are mobile got switch off or not reachable even in mid night, these people take care like anything, next day u can find escalation mail for that. 8. If u r phone is busy then u are died, they will treat like anything. 9. if u are admitted in hospital because of corona or anything u have to work because u are in quarantine not died. these type of mentality people are living in 6d tech, with more than 10 years experience with 0 common sense and professionalism. Jai 6d for those super senior people.
